Job summary
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Agents to join our team in Nakuru. The ideal candidates should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills and the ability to close deals. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to
potential customers to introduce new products.
- Meet and exceed set sales targets
on a regular basis.
- Build and maintain strong
relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct market research to
identify new sales opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service
by understanding the needs and preferences of clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations
or pitches to potential customers.
- Keep up-to-date with product
knowledge and sales techniques.
- Maintain records of all sales activities and submit regular reports.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have attained a grade D plus
and above in KCSE.
- Certificate/Diploma in Sales &
Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and
interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and
meet set targets.
- Positive attitude and enthusiastic
for sales.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications.
