Job summary

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Agents to join our team in Nakuru. The ideal candidates should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills and the ability to close deals. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales to meet targets.

Job descriptions & requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers to introduce new products.
  • Meet and exceed set sales targets on a regular basis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service by understanding the needs and preferences of clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations or pitches to potential customers.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Maintain records of all sales activities and submit regular reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Must have attained a grade D plus and above in KCSE.
  • Certificate/Diploma in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet set targets.
  • Positive attitude and enthusiastic for sales.
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications.
