Sales Executive  – Real Estate

• Prospecting & closing in on project sales
• Accompanying clients for site visits and inspections
• Be the official representative of the company and ensure excellent customer service is given
• Be part of implementing the sales strategy laid in place
• Follow up on leads assigned to you by your supervisor
• Maintain a clear database that displays all lead contacts and status of prospects and clients, showing the conversion rate of all leads in a particular project.
• Keep up to date with current real estate market trends by undertaking market intelligence and advising the company
• Generate individual leads to expand the customer base.
• Ensure all clients sign their offer letters & sales agreements on time and Deposits are paid on time.
• Ensure monthly sales targets are met without fail
• Ensure individual clients are up to date with their payments as per the terms of the agreement.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Sales and/or Marketing or any relevant field
• At least 2-3 years experience in Real Estate (Marketing holiday homes).
• The candidates need to be of Age 28 years and above.
