Sizwe Pharmaceuticals Limited is a growing pharmaceutical distribution and healthcare solutions company committed to improving access to quality medicines and healthcare products across Kenya.
As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking an energetic, results-driven, and customer-focused Tele sales Representative to help expand our market presence, increase customer acquisition, reactivate dormant accounts, and drive consistent revenue growth through proactive outbound engagement.
Purpose of the Role
The Tele sales Representative will play a key role in driving sales growth through outbound calls, customer relationship management, lead conversion, and account retention. The role focuses on engaging pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, doctors, institutions, and other healthcare buyers to promote Sizwe Pharmaceuticals Limited products and services.
Success in this role requires strong communication skills, persuasive selling ability, excellent follow-up discipline, product knowledge, and the ability to convert opportunities into repeat business.
What You’ll Do
Meet and exceed monthly sales, call volume, and customer acquisition targets.
Conduct outbound calls daily to pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, institutions, and wholesalers.
Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into active buying accounts.
Reactivate dormant and inactive customers to resume purchasing.
Build strong customer relationships through regular follow-up and excellent service.
Receive customer orders accurately and coordinate timely fulfillment with operations.
Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, pipeline updates, and sales reports.
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management.
Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
Ensure compliance with company policies and pharmaceutical industry standards.

Must-Have Requirements
Minimum 1–2+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical tele sales
Experience dealing with pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, or healthcare customers.
Strong verbal communication and persuasive phone presence.
Good computer skills including Microsoft Excel, email, and CRM systems.
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field.
Fluent in English and Kiswahili.
Advantage to Have
TechSavvy; Hands on familiarity with digital marketing across all social media platforms.
Experience in pharmaceutical wholesale or distribution environment.
Existing relationships with pharmacies or hospitals.
Knowledge of generic medicines, OTC products, and medical consumables.
