- Conduct regular visits to retail outlets to monitor stock levels, product availability, and merchandising standards
- Identify stock gaps and ensure timely replenishment through order follow-ups
- Support product visibility and brand presence in assigned outlets
- Engage with healthcare professionals in hospitals, clinics, and maternity centers
- Promote awareness of baby care and maternal health products
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships within the healthcare network
- Assist in processing orders and coordinating with distribution teams
- Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely delivery to clients
- Support inventory tracking and reporting
- Assist in promotional and in-store marketing activities where required
- Support execution of product activations and field campaigns
- Submit accurate weekly reports on field activities, stock status, and market insights Provide
- feedback on competitor activity and customer needs
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Medical or Pharmaceutical sales
- Experience in field sales, retail visits, or territory management
- Strong knowledge of Nairobi retail and healthcare networks
- Experience in baby care or maternal health sector is an added advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field
