JOB TITLE:TEMPORARY SALES ASSISTANT (2 DAYS PER WEEK)
NATURE OF JOB: PART TIME 2-3 MONTHS
INDUSTRY: HEALTHCARE
SALARY:KSHS. 5,000 PER DAY
JOB LOCATION: WESTLANDS


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Field Sales & Retail Coverage
  • Conduct regular visits to retail outlets to monitor stock levels, product availability, and merchandising standards 
  • Identify stock gaps and ensure timely replenishment through order follow-ups 
  • Support product visibility and brand presence in assigned outlets 

Healthcare Engagement
  • Engage with healthcare professionals in hospitals, clinics, and maternity centers 
  • Promote awareness of baby care and maternal health products 
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships within the healthcare network 

Sales Support & Order Management
  • Assist in processing orders and coordinating with distribution teams 
  • Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely delivery to clients 
  • Support inventory tracking and reporting 

Marketing Support
  • Assist in promotional and in-store marketing activities where required 
  • Support execution of product activations and field campaigns 

Reporting
  • Submit accurate weekly reports on field activities, stock status, and market insights Provide
  • feedback on competitor activity and customer needs

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Medical or Pharmaceutical sales
  • Experience in field sales, retail visits, or territory management
  • Strong knowledge of Nairobi retail and healthcare networks
  • Experience in baby care or maternal health sector is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field
