🎯 Your Mission

As a Tender / Bid Specialist, you are responsible for converting qualified opportunities into winning submissions.

You will:

• Translate tender requirements into structured, high-quality proposals
• Ensure 100% compliance with all bid requirements
• Present MMT Alliance as a credible, capable, and competitive partner

You are not just writing —
you are winning contracts through words, structure, and precision.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Proposal Development

• Lead the writing and development of:
  • Tender responses
  • Technical proposals
  • Capability statements
  • Supporting documentation

🔹 Compliance & Structure

• Analyse tender documents to:
  • Extract requirements
  • Structure responses clearly
  • Ensure full compliance with submission criteria
• Follow strict formatting, templates, and submission guidelines

🔹 Content Excellence

• Produce clear, persuasive, and professional content
• Tailor each proposal to:
  • Client requirements
  • Sector expectations
  • Evaluation criteria
• Maintain a consistent high standard across all submissions

🔹 Collaboration

• Work closely with:
  • Bid Strategy & Qualification Lead
  • Sourcing & Supplier Manager
  • Pricing & Costing Analyst
  • Logistics & Delivery teams
• Gather inputs and convert them into cohesive, submission-ready proposals

🔹 Document Management

• Maintain and update:
  • Proposal templates
  • Standard content libraries
  • Past submissions for reuse and optimisation

⚡ Performance Expectations

• Deliver 3–5 high-quality proposals per day (depending on complexity)
• Maintain 100% compliance across all submissions
• Meet all deadlines without exception
• Contribute to higher win rates through quality writing

  • Tender writing / bid writing / proposal writing
  • OR strong professional writing background
• Strong understanding of:
  • Tender structures and compliance requirements
• Excellent skills in:
  • Writing, editing, and formatting
  • Microsoft Word / Google Docs
• Ability to:
  • Work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Manage multiple submissions simultaneously
• Familiarity with:
  • UN, NGO, or government tenders (preferred)
• Strong English communication skills
