MMT Alliance is building a high-performance global procurement and tendering operation focused on securing and delivering UN, NGO, and Government contracts worldwide.

Backed by MMT Care (Australia) — a multi-million-dollar government contractor with strong governance and operational capability — we are expanding into international markets with speed, precision, and ambition.

This is not a standard role. We are assembling a high-performance team of elite operators.

Your Role

As a Tender Strategy & Research Officer, you are the starting point of our entire revenue engine.

You will:

• Identify high-value, winnable tenders globally
• Analyse opportunities with precision and commercial awareness
• Build and maintain a high-quality tender pipeline
• Provide the business with clear, structured, decision-ready insights

You are not just researching —
you are driving the company’s growth pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and track tender opportunities from:
  • UN agencies (UNDP, UNICEF, WFP, WHO, UNOPS, IOM)
  • World Bank and international funding organisations
  • Government procurement portals globally
  • NGOs and humanitarian platforms
• Evaluate each opportunity for:
  • Eligibility and compliance requirements
  • Commercial viability and competitiveness
  • Strategic alignment with MMT Alliance
• Maintain and manage the tender pipeline (Zoho CRM)
• Produce daily structured reports, including:
  • Qualified opportunities
  • Submission timelines
  • Key requirements and risks
  • Priority recommendations
• Monitor:
  • Market trends
  • Procurement patterns
  • Upcoming pipeline opportunities
• Collaborate closely with:
  • Head of Procurement & Tenders
  • Bid & Proposal Team
  • Sourcing and Pricing teams

Performance Expectations

• Identify 10–20 high-quality tenders daily
• Maintain ≥70% relevance and quality rate
• Ensure 100% deadline accuracy
• Capture and escalate all high-value opportunities without fail

Candidate Profile

Requirements

• Experience in:
  • Tender research, procurement, or bid support
  • OR strong analytical/research-based roles
• Familiarity with:
  • UNGM, World Bank, or government tender portals (preferred)
• Strong capability in:
  • Research and analysis
  • Excel / Google Sheets
  • CRM systems (Zoho preferred)
• Strong English communication skills
