Position: Territory Trade Marketer (TTM)

Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in FMCG sales.
- Proven experience managing distributors and distributor operations.
- Experience supervising Van Sales Representatives and/or Order Bookers.
- Strong understanding of secondary sales management and route-to-market (RTM) operations.
- Demonstrated ability to drive territory sales growth and execute market strategies effectively.
- Experience managing sales teams, field execution teams, or third-party sales agencies.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and performance management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience within the beverage industry.
- Experience working with third-party sales agencies.
- Hands-on experience in General Trade and Van Sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver secondary sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Manage distributor performance and third-party sales agencies.
- Supervise Van Sales Representatives and Order Booker teams.
- Drive outlet coverage, product availability, visibility, and execution excellence.
- Implement merchandising standards and market activation initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify distribution opportunities.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales and performance reports.
