Minimum Qualifications & Experience



  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in FMCG sales.
  •  Proven experience managing distributors and distributor operations.
  •  Experience supervising Van Sales Representatives and/or Order Bookers.
  •  Strong understanding of secondary sales management and route-to-market (RTM) operations.
  •  Demonstrated ability to drive territory sales growth and execute market strategies effectively.
  •  Experience managing sales teams, field execution teams, or third-party sales agencies.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and performance management skills.



Preferred Experience



  • Experience within the beverage industry.
  • Experience working with third-party sales agencies.
  • Hands-on experience in General Trade and Van Sales operations.

Key Responsibilities



  •  Deliver secondary sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Manage distributor performance and third-party sales agencies.
  •  Supervise Van Sales Representatives and Order Booker teams.
  •  Drive outlet coverage, product availability, visibility, and execution excellence.
  • Implement merchandising standards and market activation initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify distribution opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales and performance reports.
