JOB SUMMARY

RequirementsMinimum 3 years’ experience in OT (Operation Theatre) ManagementExperience must be in a Level 4 Hospital and aboveApplications that do not meet the above two criteria will not be considered.Additional Qualifications & SkillsDiploma or Degree in Nursing or Peri-Operative Theatre TechnologyValid professional practicing licenseStrong leadership and team management capabilityExcellent knowledge of surgical procedures and theatre protocolsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentStrong communication, coordination, and organizational skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Operation TheatreSupervise OT nursing staff and theatre support teamsCoordinate surgical schedules with consultants and anaesthesia teamsEnsure strict compliance with infection prevention and control protocolsOversee theatre inventory, surgical equipment, and consumablesImplement and monitor patient safety and quality assurance standardsMaintain accurate theatre records, reports, and audit documentationSupport hospital accreditation and regulatory compliance initiatives
