Theatre Store & Inventory Assistant

South B Hospital is seeking a Theatre Store & Inventory Assistant to manage theatre supplies, inventory and stock control

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Manage the theatre store and ensure adequate availability of surgical supplies and consumables.
  
• Monitor stock levels, usage, expiry dates and stock movement.
  
• Issue and receive supplies while maintaining accurate inventory records.
  
• Prepare purchase requisitions and coordinate ordering and replenishment.
  
• Verify delivered supplies against orders and report discrepancies.
  

Key Requirements:

• 
  
• Diploma/Certificate in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Stores Management, Inventory Management or related field.
  
• At least 2 years' experience in handling medical and surgical supplies.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems.
  
• High level of accuracy, accountability and attention to detail.
