We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Site Supervisor with direct experience in timber structure construction, MEP coordination, and finishing works within the same project environment.
This is not a conventional concrete-based role. The position requires strong control of interfaces between timber structure, building services, and finishes, with a focus on quality, detailing, and execution.
Role
- Oversee daily site execution and subcontractor coordination
- Supervise timber construction as part of the permanent building structure
- Coordinate plumbing, electrical, and finishing trades
- Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, and required standards
- Monitor workmanship, detailing, and overall construction quality
- Maintain site records, reporting, and progress tracking
- Identify issues early and enforce corrective action on site
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years’ hands-on site supervision experience
- Ability to read, interpret, and enforce construction drawings
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and site control
- Experience managing multiple trades and subcontractors on site
- Experience in timber construction, carpentry, or light-structure works as part of the permanent building (not temporary formwork)
- Experience in high-quality building or fit-out works involving coordination of multiple trades (not limited to painting and/or tiling only)
- Practical experience coordinating plumbing and electrical works within the building (beyond single-trade installation roles)
