Tour and Travel Consultant
Job summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Tour and Travel Consultant to join our team in Kenya’s vibrant tourism industry. The successful candidate will design and sell domestic and international travel packages, with a strong focus on safaris, beach holidays, regional travel within East Africa, and outbound travel arrangements.
Job descriptions & requirements
1. Consult with clients to understand travel needs.
2. Design and cost tailor-made packages & issuance of invoices & receipts.
3. Arrange tours as per client specific destinations.
4. Advise clients appropriately on all travel requirements and not limited to visa information.
5. Liaise with hotels, lodges, transport providers, and park authorities.
6. Handle booking amendments, cancellations, and customer enquiries promptly.
7. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
8. Maintain accurate client records using our booking systems.
9. Promote company packages.
