As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and sales-driven Tour & Travel Consultant to join our team.

Position Overview
The Tour & Travel Consultant will be responsible for converting travel inquiries into confirmed bookings, designing customized travel packages, and ensuring smooth end-to-end travel arrangements for clients.
This role requires strong sales capability, destination knowledge, reservation system expertise, and exceptional customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
● Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
● Design, cost, and customize both domestic and international travel packages.
● Prepare and send detailed quotations within 24 hours of inquiry.
● Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
● Coordinate bookings with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and tour suppliers.
● Issue invoices and follow up on payments to ensure timely closure of sales.
● Provide clients with pre-travel briefings and post-travel follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction.
● Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and update customer databases.
● Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications & Experience
● Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Travel & Tourism Management or a related field.
● Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience as a Tour Consultant or Travel Advisor.
● IATA certification is an added advantage.
● Hands-on experience with Galileo, Amadeus, or similar reservation systems.
● Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.

Compensation & Benefits
