Job Description/Requirements
As a Trainer at Uniscape Consulting, you will deliver hands-on training in your specialty, guide learners through real-world projects, provide mentorship, and help them build professional portfolios. You’ll prepare assignments, conduct workshops, review student work, and ensure learners gain the technical and problem-solving skills needed to succeed in the tech industry.
This role requires strong communication, a passion for teaching, and proven industry experience.
We are hiring across the following tracks:
Full-Stack Software Engineering, Data Science, AI & Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, UI/UX Design and Graphic Design
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality, practical training sessions in your specialty area
- Guiding learners through real-world hands-on projects, capstones, and coding/design challenges
- Providing mentorship, performance feedback, and portfolio support
- Preparing and evaluating assignments, labs, and assessments
- Hosting workshops, critiques, simulations, and collaborative learning sessions
- Supporting learners in building job-ready skills and understanding career pathways
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (PER SPECIALISATION)
1. Full-Stack Software Engineering Trainer
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science /Software Engineering Or strong industry experience
- 4–6+ years software development
- Strong portfolio + shipped apps
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, SQL/NoSQL, Git, Docker, CI/CD, Cloud
- Code reviews, CI/CD demos, cloud deployment labs.
2. Data Science Trainer
- Bachelor’s in Data/CS/Math/Stats Or equivalent experience
- 3–5+ years in data science
- Advanced Python, Pandas, Scikit-learn, SQL, BI tools
- Machine learning projects, analytics workshops, real dataset labs.
3. AI & Machine Learning Trainer
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, IT, or a related field OR equivalent proven experience in AI/ML and digital transformation.
- 3–5+ years hands-on experience in machine learning engineering, AI initiatives, or digital transformation projects.
- Strong familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, and business intelligence (BI) tools.
- Practical experience with deep learning, NLP/LLMs, model training, and deployment of ML solutions.
- Ability to translate complex AI/ML concepts into practical, business-friendly training for corporate teams.
- LLM workshops, deployment exercises, capstone supervision.
- AI productivity workshops, automation workflows, business use-case support.
4. UI/UX Design Trainer
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Design Or strong portfolio
- 3–5+ years UX/UI experience with case studies
- Advanced Figma + research and design thinking
- Design thinking sessions, prototyping workshops, case study reviews
5. Graphic Design Trainer
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Graphic Design Or equivalent experience
- 3–5+ years in branding & creative design
- Expert in Adobe Suite
- Adobe Suite training, branding critiques, creative sessions
6. Cybersecurity Trainer
- Degree in Cybersecurity/IT/Computer Science Or pen testing experience
- 4+ years cybersecurity work
- Hands-on Kali Linux, Metasploit, Burp Suite, Wireshark
- Ethical hacking labs, security simulations, enterprise security practices.
