Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervising drivers and maintenance staff
- Ensuring that vehicles are roadworthy and meet legal requirements
- Allocating vehicles to drivers
- Making sure that drivers know where they are going and what time they have to be at their destination
- Ensure optimum utilization of the company vehicle fleet.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Warehouse Inventory management and Fleet management Solutions.
- Must be Computer Literate
- Capable of managing a Fleet of Vehicles and a warehouse of about 9000sq ft.
- Can do vehicle routing
- Analytical thinker and great planner
- Must have at least 5 years Experience working in Freight Forwarding Industry
- Knowledgeable in handling Perishable goods, Cold Room Operation and General Cargo Handling.
- Should be able to work under pressure and on short notice to work long hours.
- Should be a Diploma Holder or Higher
