A Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree qualification in the relevant area from an accredited and recognized University. Been registered with the Engineers Board of Kenya and have a valid membership certificate. Complied with Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya on Leadership and Integrity.
