DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Transportation & Navigation
- Provide safe and timely rides to passengers via Uber/Bolt.
- Plan routes efficiently to avoid traffic congestion and minimize passenger wait times.
- Use ride-hailing apps for navigation, ride acceptance, and communication with clients.
Customer Service & Passenger Experience
- Greet passengers warmly and assist with boarding and luggage when necessary.
- Address passenger inquiries or concerns politely and professionally.
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and hygienic vehicle environment.
Safety & Compliance
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety regulations, and ride-hailing platform policies.
- Keep your Driving License, PSV badge, and Certificate of Good Conduct valid and up- to-date.
- Report accidents, incidents, or vehicle issues promptly.
Vehicle Management & Maintenance
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Schedule regular servicing and maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Ensure fuel, cleanliness, and overall vehicle readiness for daily operations.
Operations & Record Keeping
- Track trip details, earnings, and customer ratings.
- Manage ride schedules and availability efficiently to maximize earnings.
- Coordinate with fleet or platform managers on updates or operational needs.
Professionalism & Integrity
- Uphold high ethical standards, honesty, and transparency in all interactions.
- Represent the company/ride-hailing platform professionally at all times.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect passenger privacy.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Valid Driving License (DL) and PSV Badge.
- Certificate of Good Conduct.
- Minimum 2 years of experience on Uber, Bolt, or similar ride-hailing platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of Nairobi and surrounding routes.
- Proven excellent customer service skills.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and high levels of integrity.
- Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
