The person:

 

1. Entrepreneurial acumen;
2. Motivated by the prospects of unlimited commission earnings;
3. Good presentation and communication skills;
4. Ambitious, hard working and motivated by achievement; Highly networked and adept at connecting with people;
5. Prior experience in selling life or leading sales and marketing teams will be a definite advantage.

 

 

Minimum qualifications:

 

1. A good first degree in a business related field.
2. 30 years of age and above.
3. Relevant sales experience in the service sector would be an advantage.
4. Certificate of proficiency from the college of insurance would be an added advantage.
