The person:
Â
- Entrepreneurial acumen;
- Motivated by the prospects of unlimited commission earnings;
- Good presentation and communication skills;
- Ambitious, hard working and motivated by achievement; Highly networked and adept at connecting with people;
- Prior experience in selling life or leading sales and marketing teams will be a definite advantage.

Minimum qualifications:
Â
- A good first degree in a business related field.
- 30 years of age and above.
- Relevant sales experience in the service sector would be an advantage.
- Certificate of proficiency from the college of insurance would be an added advantage.
