Job Summary
We are seeking energetic, self-driven, and results-oriented Unsecured Loan Sales Agents to join our growing financial services team. The ideal candidates will promote and sell unsecured loan products to clients within the Nairobi Metropolitan region. Successful agents will earn attractive commissions and become eligible for a monthly retainer based on performance. Comprehensive training will be provided before deployment.

Nairobi Metropolitan Areas – Thika Road, Jogoo Road, Lang’ata
Road, Ongata Rongai, Kangundo Road, Waiyaki Way, Ngong Road, Mombasa
Road, Ruai, and Kiambu Road
Employment Type:
Commission-Based (with Retainer Eligibility upon Performance)
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, identify, and approach potential customers for
unsecured loan products.
Conduct client needs assessments and explain loan terms,
eligibility, and repayment structures.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage
repeat business and referrals.
Follow up on leads, process loan applications, and ensure
timely submission of client documentation.
Attend team meetings and regular training sessions to improve
product knowledge and sales techniques.
Provide excellent customer service and handle client
inquiries professionally.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum of a Certificate or Diploma in
Business, Marketing, Banking, or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in sales,
preferably in financial services or microfinance (fresh candidates
with strong drive will be considered).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented, confident, and self-motivated with strong
negotiation skills.
Must be based in or familiar with one of the following areas:
Thika Road, Jogoo Road, Lang’ata Road, Ongata Rongai,
Kangundo Road, Waiyaki Way, Ngong Road, Mombasa Road, Ruai, or
Kiambu Road.
Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
