Job Overview
We are looking for energetic, ambitious, and results-driven Sales Agents to join our growing financial services team. The role involves promoting and selling unsecured loan products to
clients across Nairobi Metropolitan areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are sales-driven and motivated by high earnings, with the chance to transition into a monthly retainer structure based on performance.
Comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospect and identify potential clients for unsecured loan products
• Engage clients, assess their financial needs, and recommend suitable loan solutions
• Clearly explain loan terms, eligibility criteria, and repayment plans
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Build strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely loan application processing and documentation
• Support loan collections and maintain good client repayment relationships
• Attend training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times
Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Banking, or a related field
• At least 1 year experience in sales (financial services or microfinance is an added advantage)
• Fresh candidates with strong sales drive and motivation are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Must be based in or familiar with the listed Nairobi Metropolitan areas
• Ability to work independently and meet strict targets and deadlines

Compensation & Benefits
• Attractive commission-based earnings (uncapped)
• Incentive Structure:
• Ksh 1,200 per new loan acquired
• Ksh 600 per loan from existing clients
• 3% commission on collections
