Windows – New Business Establishment in Window & Door Fabrication
Rotana is a newly established company in Ethiopia, equipped with the latest machinery for assembling uPVC and Aluminium windows and doors. We are excited to launch operations and are currently seeking two (2) experienced Fabricators to join us on this journey.
Position: UPVC Window & Door Fabricator (Full-Time)
Location: Ethiopia
Industry: Manufacturing / Construction
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
• Fabrication of uPVC windows and doors including fixings, gears, and mechanisms.
• Final assembly and construction of frames (hanging, handle installation, chiseling, hinges).
• Accurately interpret order forms and specifications.
• Ensure high-quality finishing of all frames.
• Operate air, power, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain strong adherence to health and safety standards.
Key Skills and Experience Required:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in uPVC and aluminium window/door fabrication.
• Skilled in operating machines such as saws, welders, and prep equipment.
• Ability to use power tools and hand tools proficiently.
• Experience with 4-head welding and double cut saws is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with good quality control practices.
• Basic math skills for accurate measurement and calculations.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and maintaining a clean work area.
Additional Requirements:
• Willingness to relocate to Ethiopia.
• Background in joinery, carpentry, or general assembly work is an advantage.
• Physically fit with ability to lift materials in line with workplace safety guidelines.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
