Employer: Speedy Chui Africa LimitedReports To: Operations SupervisorJob DescriptionSpeedy Chui Africa Limited is a technology-driven logistics company currently in the setup phase, building an automated parcel delivery network across Nairobi ahead of our go-live on 1st June. Our operations will use Automated Parcel Machines (APMs), secure smart lockers placed across the city that allow customers to send and receive parcels conveniently without direct human interaction.We are hiring founding team members who will play a critical role in establishing and scaling our operations from day one.We are building a disciplined, high-performance operations team to support this network.About the RoleWe are seeking highly disciplined and reliable drivers to execute daily delivery and collection routes across Nairobi.In this role, you will not only transport parcels but also operate Automated Parcel Machines (APMs). This includes collecting parcels from lockers, depositing shipments, and ensuring the machines are clean and presentable. Any faults or malfunctions must be reported promptly to your immediate supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key ResponsibilitiesExecute scheduled milk-run routes across Nairobi with consistency and precisionService approximately 20 APM locations daily within defined timelinesCollect parcels from APM lockers and deliver parcels to designated APMsAccurately scan and update parcel movements in real timeOperate APM systems (locker access and parcel handling)Perform basic APM checks (cleanliness and reporting faults or issues to the immediate supervisor)Ensure secure handling and transportation of parcelsMaintain assigned company vehicle to high standardsQualifications & Competencies1. Education & DocumentationKCSE minimum grade C (Plain)Diploma in Logistics, Business, or a related field (mandatory)Valid Kenyan driving license (Class B, C, or BCE)Certificate of Good Conduct (required)Clean driving record with no major traffic violation.2. ExperienceMin 3–5 years’ experience in structured courier, logistics, or secure transport operationsExperience in reputable organisations is strongly preferredProven experience driving vans in a professional environment3. Technical & Operational SkillsStrong knowledge of Nairobi Metropolitan road networkProficiency in Google Maps and digital navigation toolsAbility to use mobile apps, scanners, or ERP systemsfor parcel updatesBasic knowledge of vehicle checks and maintenanceAbility to follow structured routes and SOP-driven processes4.
