DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop and implement effective van sales strategies to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
· Plan and manage assigned sales routes to ensure maximum market coverage and efficiency.
· Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base within the assigned territory.
· Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers.
· Negotiate prices, promotions, and product placements to increase sales volume.
· Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
· Ensure proper stock management, including loading, offloading, stock reconciliation, and minimizing losses.
· Maintain accurate sales records, route reports, and customer data.
· Supervise and guide van sales staff (where applicable) to ensure performance targets are met.
· Ensure company vehicle is properly maintained and complies with safety standards.
· Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
· Ensure timely cash collection and proper banking in line with company policies.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
· Certificate/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a Business-related field
· Proven experience in FMCG van sales
· Strong sales, negotiation, and basic leadership skills
· Experience managing sales routes and achieving targets
· Valid driving licence (preferred)
