Vendor & Service Onboarding Executive

Are you bold, outgoing, and unstoppable? Do you thrive on meeting people, closing deals, and making things happen in the real world? Ivotia is looking for a field star to grow our marketplace by bringing vendors and service providers onto our platform.

This isn’t a desk job - you’ll be out in markets, shops, and service hubs, connecting with businesses and onboarding them to Ivotia. You also have the flexibility to engage with businesses (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) online and convince them to sign up to our platform.

What You’ll Do

• Meet vendors and service providers in your area and sign them up on our platform
• Ensure vendors upload products or services for our approval process. Only valid, approved businesses that complete the registration process will be accepted.
• Explain Ivotia’s value and help vendors get started quickly
• Collect feedback to improve the onboarding process
• Track your own sign-ups and performance

Product Vendors

• Local clothing stores (handmade, cultural fashion, casual wear)
• Farmers’ market vendors (farm products, grains, spices)
• Furniture makers and home décor artisans
• Specialty food producers (coffee, sauces, snacks)
• Beauty and personal care product makers (soap, oils, skincare, make up)

Service Providers

• Event photographers and videographers
• Tailors and seamstresses
• Cleaning, home maintenance, and gardening services
• Beauty & wellness services (hairstylists, makeup artists, nail technicians)
• Tutors, consultants, and freelance creative professionals

What We’re Looking For

• Outgoing, confident, persuasive - people trust you instantly
• Self-starter who thrives working independently
• Highly organized - you can manage leads, sign-ups, and approvals efficiently
• Bonus: prior experience in sales, vendor acquisition, or marketplaces

How You’ll Be Paid

• KES 100 per vendor/service successfully signed up and approved
• Daily payments once you reach 20 approved vendors/services in a day (2,000 KSh per day!)
• Unlimited earning potential — the harder you hustle, the more you earn
