JOB SUMMARY
Qualifications, Experience and Skills required:BSc or graduate in relevant field: Environmental health/science, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Life sciences or Information SciencesPrior coursework in research methods, epidemiology or statisticsEvidence of academic writing experience i.e., thesis, technical reports, publications or term papers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct structured database searches using predefined Boolean strategies across sources such as PubMed, Web of Science and discipline specific repositoriesDocument search strings, filters, and database settings for reproducibilityPerform title—abstract and full-text screening using predefined inclusion/exclusion criteriaApply screening protocols in tools such as Rayyan, or EPPI-ReviewerRecord exclusion reasons at full-text stage according to PRISMA standardsParticipate in inter-reviewer agreement exercisesExtract study characteristics, methods, exposure/outcome definitions, and effect estimates into standardized templatesCreate evidence tables and summary matricesSupport narrative synthesis drafting by grouping comparable studies
