Requirements:
- Diploma Or Bachelors Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehousing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
- Good Knowledge Of Inventory Management Systems And Warehouse Best Practices.
- Strong Leadership, Communication, Problem-Solving, And Organizational Skills.
- Ability To Work Under Pressure In A Fast-Paced Production Environment.
Experience:
- Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Warehouse Supervisory Role Or A Similar Position.
- Experience In A Food Processing Or Manufacturing Environment Will Be An Added Advantage.
Duties:
- Supervise The Daily Operations Of The Raw Materials Warehouse.
- Ensure Timely Receipt, Inspection, Storage, And Issuance Of Raw Materials.
- Maintain Accurate Inventory Records And Conduct Regular Stock Counts And Reconciliations.
- Monitor Stock Levels And Coordinate With Procurement And Production Teams To Ensure Material Availability.
- Enforce Fifo/Fefo Inventory Management Practices Where Applicable.
- Ensure Compliance With Food Safety, Hygiene, Health And Safety, And Warehouse Operating Procedures.
- Lead, Train, And Supervise Warehouse Staff To Achieve Operational Efficiency.
- Prepare Warehouse Reports, Investigate Inventory Discrepancies, And Implement Corrective Actions.
- Ensure Proper Housekeeping And Secure Storage Of Raw Materials.
