Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact between Edutech Institute and assigned client accounts
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with schools, educators, and education stakeholders
• Promote and sell Mindspark and ASSET software solutions to schools and learners
• Develop and implement account management and sales strategies to increase revenue
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
• Prospect and follow up on new leads through referrals, outreach, events, and networking
• Conduct product demonstrations and clearly communicate the value proposition of the solutions
• Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support
• Track sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools
• Monitor performance against sales targets and ensure timely achievement of objectives
• Gather customer feedback and success stories to support sales and marketing efforts
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, Marketing, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or B2B Sales professional, preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or technology-based solutions
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal sales, product, and support teams
• Strong project management and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts
• Demonstrated strong customer service skills and a client-first mindset
