Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain Management
- At least 1 year of experience in storekeeping or inventory management
- Knowledge of stock control and warehouse procedures
- Good communication and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and integrity
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods
- Organize and maintain proper storage of items in the warehouse
- Issue materials and supplies to departments as required
- Keep accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly
- Monitor stock movements and report shortages or damages
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Assist in preparing stock reports and audits
- Support procurement team in coordinating deliveries and suppliers
