Job Summary
Handle the day to day accounting operations and be primarily responsible for computing, recording, collecting, analyzing, and verifying financial data and maintaining proper accounting records the company.

Job Description/Requirements
• Cash handling functions.
• Processing of statutory returns including VAT, PAYE, NHIF, NSSF, and Tourism Levy among others etc.
• Prepare daily revenue reports
• Prepare monthly, and annual financial reports that clearly show the revenue generated, expenditure incurred and make recommendations for improving cost efficiencies
• Prepare and participate in annua; financial audits in a timely manner and in any case not later than 31st January of every succeeding year
• Lead the process of menu costing to ensure value for money and appropriate pricing.
• Sales reconciliations from the different revenue streams within the company
• Make use of QuickBooks Accounting system and the Property Management System to achieve accurate financial position.
• Maintain an updated Assets Register both in Excel and in the Property Management System. Update it as soon as new assets are acquired.Â
• Perform any other job related duties as and when assigned by Management.
