Our client in the Hospitality Industry is seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced Assistant Accountant Controller to join their dynamic team.
💰 Salary:
Ksh55,000 Gross
🎓 Minimum Qualifications:
Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or any related field
Must have experience working as an Accountant in the Hospitality Industry
CPA 2 and above required
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
🧾 Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparation of financial statements and management reports
Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable & receivable
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
Monitor budgets and assist in cost control measures
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
Support payroll processing and statutory deductions
Assist in audit preparation and documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
✅ Key Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years experience in hospitality accounting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High level of integrity and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent organizational and communication skills
