Our client is seeking an experienced Bar & Restaurant Manager to oversee operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive profitability. The role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for hospitality.

- Manage day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff across all departments (bar, kitchen, service).
- Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and coordinate timely ordering of supplies.
- Implement operational procedures, maintain service standards, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives and promotional events to boost revenue.
- Prepare financial reports, track budgets, and control costs to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with chefs, bartenders, and event teams for menu development and special events.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years’ experience in bar and restaurant management or hospitality operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food & beverage operations and bar management.
- Financial literacy, including budgeting and cost control.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
