- Prepare drinks accurately based on Karak & Go SOPs.
- Maintain 3 squeeze bottles per flavor each morning.
- Keep station clean, well-stocked, and organized.
- Stay at your bar station at all times during the shift.
- Report any low or depleted supplies early.
- Interact with customers professionally when needed.
- Maintain shop aesthetics and represent K&G values.
- Prep foam bottles early as possible.
- Clean and refill matcha set, coffee grinder, and espresso machine daily.
- Re-check recipe book when making new or seasonal drinks.
- Immediately inform storekeeper and cash manager if any supplies are running out.
- Clean station before, on-the-go, and after shift, sanitize equipment thoroughly.
- Assist wait staff if needed with packing or cup checks: without leaving your station.
