Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school certificate or equivalent
- Previous experience as a barman or in hospitality is an added advantage
- Good communication skills in English and Kiswahili
- Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Friendly personality with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Follow all safety and hygiene standards
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Work closely with other staff to ensure smooth service
Requirements
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
