About the Role

 

We are seeking a highly articulate, disciplined, and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to support the growth of our international service-based clients.

This role involves high-volume outbound calling, inbound lead engagement, and full ownership of the sales funnel from first contact through qualification, follow-up, and conversion. The successful candidate will engage with both individual consumers and organisations, primarily through phone and email, in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured sales work, values consistent follow-up, and is confident communicating with clients from diverse international backgrounds.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Sales & Business Development

·        Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to prospective international clients.

·        Identify, qualify, and engage organisations and individuals with recurring or repeat service needs.

·        Introduce services clearly and professionally, tailoring conversations to client needs.

·        Build and maintain a strong pipeline through consistent outreach and follow-up.

2. Inbound Lead Engagement

·        Respond promptly to inbound enquiries generated through marketing campaigns.

·        Qualify leads, understand requirements, and guide prospects through the next steps.

·        Convert warm leads into confirmed clients through structured communication.

3. Sales Funnel Ownership & Follow-Up

·        Own the full sales process from first contact to conversion.

·        Maintain disciplined follow-up via calls, emails, and CRM updates.

·        Re-engage warm and dormant leads systematically.

·        Coordinate with internal teams when prospects progress to later-stage discussions or partnerships.

4. Client Communication & Relationship Building

·        Communicate confidently with clients from different countries and cultural backgrounds.

·        Demonstrate strong listening skills, empathy, and clarity in conversations.

·        Handle objections calmly and professionally.

·        Build trust and credibility through consistent, high-quality communication.

5. CRM, Documentation & Reporting

·        Accurately log all calls, emails, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM.

·        Maintain clean, well-organised records of leads and opportunities.

·        Provide regular updates on pipeline activity, conversions, and follow-up status.


Key Skills & Competencies

·        Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and professional tone.

·        Strong ability to understand diverse international English accents in real-time conversations.

·        Confident, calm, and engaging telephone presence.

·        High level of persistence and resilience in outbound calling.

·        Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.

·        Ability to work with scripts while maintaining a natural, conversational style.

·        Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

·        Strong organisational and time-management skills.

·        Basic proficiency with CRM systems, email, and productivity tools.


Experience & Background

·        Prior experience in:

o   Tele-sales

o   Call centre sales

o   Customer acquisition

o   Business development

o   Inside sales or contact-centre environments is a strong advantage.

·        Experience selling services (rather than physical products) is preferred.

·        Exposure to international clients or offshore sales environments is an added advantage.
