This specificity allows for the efficiency that our clients expect and demand.

We are seeking a Business Development and Sales Associate to join our team. This role would include client/business development, sales, prepare and negotiate proposals, submit qualifications, and manage maintenance of the client relationship management database.



JOB DUTIES:

- Conduct sales/cold calls and lead generation

- Prepare proposals for projects, negotiate and award project

- Monitor client activities and industry trends to identify and/or develop new opportunities

- Perform client-specific and competitor market research

- Track and follow up on all opportunities in CRM Software

- Utilize resources, establish priorities and organize work to meet/complete required department, program or firm deadlines

- Maximize firm exposure and serve as an ambassador of Skyfire at key events

- Identify exposure opportunities in the local architecture and engineering communities



EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Knowledge or experience in the Design, Architecture and Engineering or Construction fields

- Experience in implementing a client development and retention process. This experience should include opportunity/client research, lead tracking and follow-up as well as data analysis and reporting

- Understand terminology of the design, architectural, engineering and construction industry.

- Sales and marketing experience
