We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with a minimum of three (3) years’ hands-on experience in labour outsourcing and workforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client acquisition, employer engagement, and building sustainable employment partnerships within the local market.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities within the labour outsourcing and local employment sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, employers, and partners
- Drive sales growth through strategic prospecting, negotiations, and contract closures
- Conduct market research to identify emerging employment and workforce trends
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business reports for clients and management
- Collaborate with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure service delivery excellence
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
- At least three (3) years’ experience in business development, with direct exposure to labour outsourcing or workforce solutions
- Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and grow client portfolios
- Strong market intelligence, strategic planning, and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, professional, and empathetic approach to relationship building
