Business Development Executive — Mobile Car Wash (Site Partnerships)

Anny is a mobile car wash. We don't have a wash bay, we come to wherecars are already parked: office blocks, apartment buildings, companyyards. Our rinseless method uses a few litres of water per car, so weneed no tap, no power point and no drainage.

We are hiring our first salesperson to open sites in Nairobi.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Find car parks with 80+ vehicles parked daily, office blocks, apartment blocks, company yards
  
• Reach the facilities or property manager by phone, then in person
  
• Sign a recurring agreement that lets us station a washer on site
  
• Keep each site running and growing month after month
  

One signed site is a month of revenue. That is the job: you are notchasing individual car owners, you are opening whole car parks.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years selling recurring B2B services, commercial cleaning, security, facilities management, office supplies or insurance
  
• You have sat across from a facilities manager before and know how to get past a reception desk
  
• You work independently. The founder is based abroad until relocation, so you will not be micromanaged and not hand-held
  
• English and Kiswahili- Nairobi-based, able to move around the city
  

WHAT WE OFFER

• Base salary plus an uncapped bonus on every site you sign, paid while that site runs
  

• First commercial hire: you build the playbook the next hires use
  

• A service that sells itself once a manager sees it, photographed vehicle condition before every wash, named washers, published prices
