- Identify, prospect, and acquire clients across FMCG, financial institutions, government agencies, NGOs, PR & marketing agencies, and manufacturing companies.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to secure high-value research projects.
- Drive revenue by converting opportunities in the pipeline into closed deals.
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular updates on prospects, opportunities, and deals.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, client needs, and competitive intelligence.
- Lead the preparation of compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (research, operations, and analytics) to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.
- Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within market research, consulting, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing high-value clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and market research abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus.
