Company Overview: Our Company is a division of a leading multinational group operating across the Middle East and Africa, specializing in corporate cleaning and restoration services. As part of our expansion in Kenya, we are looking to appoint Business Development Managers to be based at our Westlands office, Nairobi.
Key Responsibilities


  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the corporate cleaning and restoration market in Kenya.
  • Generate qualified leads through market research, networking, cold outreach, referrals, and industry engagements.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of corporate clients, including offices, commercial buildings, property managers, and multinational organizations.
  • Lead end-to-end sales processes, including client presentations, needs assessments, proposal preparation, pricing negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients to drive repeat business and contract renewals.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and service delivery teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and met.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates to management.
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, site visits, and industry events to strengthen brand presence.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement and expansion.
  • Ensure all sales activities align with company policies, service standards, and brand guidelines.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets and key performance indicators on a consistent basis.
  • Support the company’s expansion strategy by contributing to market entry initiatives and growth plans in Kenya.


Qualifications


  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in sales or business development, preferably within the cleaning or facilities management industry
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage corporate clients
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Graduate degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
