About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and dynamic early childhood leader to oversee and drive excellence within our Early Years section. As the Cambridge Early Years Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of the Cambridge Early Years curriculum, managing staff, nurturing young learners, and maintaining high pedagogical and administrative standards.


Key Responsibilities

●       Curriculum Leadership: Lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of the Cambridge Early Years curriculum, ensuring dynamic, play-based, and child-centered learning environments.

●       Staff Management & Mentorship: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate Early Years educators and support staff, fostering continuous professional growth and team collaboration.

●       Quality Assurance: Ensure full compliance with Cambridge International standards, learning outcomes, and assessment practices.

●       Parent & Community Engagement: Maintain open, constructive communication with parents regarding children’s development, progress, and school activities.

●       Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, resource allocation, event planning, and student safety within the Early Years department.


Qualifications & Requirements

●       Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Development and Education (ECDE) or a closely related field from a recognized institution.

●       Experience:

○       Minimum of 10 years overall teaching experience in Early Childhood Education.

○       At least 5 years of proven leadership experience as a Head of Kindergarten, Early Years Coordinator, or equivalent management role.

●       Curriculum Expertise: In-depth knowledge of and hands-on experience with the Cambridge Early Years curriculum framework.

●       Skills: Exceptional leadership, interpersonal communication, team building, organizational management, and tech-savviness.
