- Thoroughly verify customer data prior to production to prevent errors and misprints.
- Ensure accurate encoding and physical personalization of banking cards (e.g., chip encoding, embossing, printing).
- Maintain absolute confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive customer information at all stages of production.
- Conduct regular production quality checks throughout the processing cycle to identify and rectify defects.
- Monitor equipment performance, report faults promptly, and assist in basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain complete and accurate production documentation for audit and tracking purposes.
- Meet established production schedules and quality targets without compromise.
- Support all security, regulatory, and compliance requirements, including participation in audit and quality assurance activities.
- Actively contribute to continuous operational improvement programmes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure the secure handling, storage, and dispatch of personalized cards.
- Education: A Bachelors Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline (e.g., Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, printing technology or a related field).
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a production, manufacturing, or financial services environment. Experience with card personalization or secure data processing is a distinct advantage.

- Mechanical Aptitude: Comfortable operating, monitoring, and identifying faults in production machinery.
