Cashier/Shift Team Lead — Core Responsibilities

  • Please always stay at your designated cashier station.
  • Ensure no order leaves without a verified receipt with a transaction code.
  • Ensure cup stickers (Karak & Go logo and seasonal designs) are applied.
  • De-escalate and resolve customer issues in real-time.
  • Submit a completed shift checklist before handing over to the next shift.
  • Change the water in the flower daily and maintain visible station cleanliness.


Execution at Karak & Go

  • Greet every guest with warmth while handling transactions quickly.
  • Cross-check the payment method and receipt before calling in any order.
  • If busy, assign sticker duty to a waiter or steward and double-check after.
  • Own the shift, i.e., monitor, guide, and motivate your team proactively.
  • The checklist must include till balance, cleanliness, completed orders, and feedback.
  • Use a clean jug and refill flower vases with fresh water each morning.
