    • Core Responsibilities
      • Prepare daily staff lunch (ready by 2:00 PM, morning shift).
      • Marinate and prepare meats for sandos.
      • Prep tiramisu, cookie dough, chapati dough as per shift.
      • Ensure K&G sauce is prepared during evening shift.
      • Maintain high levels of hygiene in the kitchen.
      • Ensure Karak Tea is always available across both shifts.
      • Notify Cash Manager before any supply depletes.

      Execution at Karak & Go
      • Morning shift: prep staff lunch, marinate meat, prepare tiramisu, chapati dough.
      • Evening shift: prepare sauces, cookie dough for next day.
      • Assign tasks between chefs/stewards for smooth prep flow.
      • Maintain order sheets and update when ingredients run low.
      • Alert storekeeper and cash manager early for any restocks.
      • Keep prep and cook stations sanitized after every task.
      • Coordinate with steward for faster turnaround of utensils.
