Responsible for cutting, preparing, and cooking pork products according to customer orders, ensuring high standards of hygiene, quality, and customer service at all times.
Job descriptions & requirements
1. Meat Handling & Preparation
Cut, portion, and weigh pork according to customer specifications.
Ensure proper storage and handling of pork to maintain freshness and safety.
Marinate, season, and prepare pork for roasting, frying, or other cooking methods.
2. Cooking Duties
Roast, fry, and prepare pork dishes as per menu and customer requests.
Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety and quality.
Present cooked pork in an appealing and hygienic manner.
3. Customer Service
Greet customers, take orders accurately, and provide product recommendations.
Package orders properly for dine-in or takeaway.
4. Hygiene & Safety
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, cooking equipment, and utensils.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
Dispose of waste appropriately.
5. Inventory & Stock Control
Monitor stock levels for pork, ingredients, and packaging materials.
Report shortages or stock requirements to management.
6. Cash Handling (if applicable)
Process customer payments accurately and issue receipts.
