Job summary
A premier resort is seeking a skilled and experienced Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team.
Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards
- Manage a section of the kitchen and lead a team of chefs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen
- Contribute to menu development and recipe testing
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff
Requirements:
- Culinary qualification (diploma or certificate)
- 2+ years’ experience as Chef De Partie or similar role
- Excellent knife skills and cooking techniques
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
