Club Supervisor
Job summary
The position oversees the restaurant/ Club's daily operations to ensure smooth service, profitability, customer satisfaction, and staff performance. The Supervisor ensures food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations. The Restaurant is located in Valley Arcade, Nairobi, and operates a restaurant and a bar.
Job descriptions & requirements
A bachelors degree in business or hospitality. A professional qualification in hospitality is a must 3-5 years' experience in a supervisory role at a restaurant and bar establishment. Good interpersonal skills and an effective team player Ability to supervise staff and inculcate team work Good customer relations.
§ Oversee overall delivery of food items and drinks to the restaurant/Bar, counterchecking the delivery note as per the order;
§ Carry out security activities as required i.e. open and close the Restaurant on a daily basis;
§ Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business, handle complaints, feedback, and special requests professionally.
§ Receive daily updates from the Chef on stock levels and sales from the Cashiers to enable prepare a report on the same;
§ Oversee staff performance, training, recruitment, attendance ensuring the Restaurant operates effectively and profitably.
§ Ensure the restaurant complies with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
