Career Opportunity: Corporate Sales Manager (B2B & Partnerships) - Nairobi
Rayhun HR Consulting Limited is a leading human resources firm specializing in customized recruitment solutions for businesses of all sizes.
Our client in gym and fitness industry seeks to recruit for a Corporate Sales Manager (B2B Partnerships).
Job Summary: The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for developing and growing corporate and institutional revenue streams. This role focuses on building long-term partnerships and securing high-quality B2B clients that contribute predictable and scalable revenue.
This is a commercially focused role suited to a strong relationship builder who is comfortable opening doors, structuring deals, and managing senior client relationships.
Key Accountabilities


  • Corporate Revenue Growth

    • Build and manage a strong corporate and institutional sales pipeline
    • Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual B2B revenue targets
    • Develop a structured approach to corporate outreach and acquisition
    • Drive opportunities across corporate wellness, insurance, NGOs, embassies and property partnerships

  • Business Development & Deal Execution

    • Engage HR leaders, benefits managers and senior decision-makers
    • Prepare proposals and commercial offers
    • Lead negotiations and contract discussions
    • Close new accounts and manage onboarding

  • Account Management & Retention

    • Own and grow key corporate relationships
    • Drive renewals, upsell and cross-sell opportunities
    • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention

  • Internal Coordination

    • Work closely with club operations to ensure smooth delivery
    • Coordinate client onboarding and ongoing servicing
    • Provide market and client feedback to support product and pricing improvements


Key Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • 4–8+ years in B2B sales, partnerships, or key account management
  • Experience selling services into corporate, HR, insurance, or professional services environments
  • Demonstrated ability to close and manage corporate accounts
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable engaging senior decision-makers
  • Commercially aware with solid negotiation capability
  • Professional, credible, results-driven, self-motivated, with strong follow-through
