You will be required to provide basic support for mental health issues allocated to you. You should be conversant with technology. Extensive training and support will be provided during the onboarding sessions. You should be certified and with the requisite accreditation. Proficiency in your mother tongue (speaking) will be an added advantage. No prior experience is required.
Note: You might be required to provide a voice note as part of the recruitment process. Voice coaching will be provided on a need basis.
The 3-month intern/volunteer program will be used to shortlist for our permanent staff.
Our system is phone-based through USSD *483*90# for the health providers and *483*87# for the patients. It is expected that those applying will have accustomed themselves to the channels.
