We are seeking an experienced and passionate Cyber Security Trainer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, hands-on cybersecurity training.
- Develop lesson plans, labs, assessments, and training materials.
- Conduct training at the IST campus and client/offsite locations.
- Mentor students, provide technical guidance, and evaluate performance.
- Administer examinations, supervise practical labs, and maintain student records.
- Foster a positive learning environment and keep training content aligned with current cyber security trends.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years' relevant experience; training or teaching experience is an added advantage.
- Relevant certification(s) such as CompTIA Security+, Network+, CEH, CCNA Security, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of network security, ethical hacking, penetration testing, vulnerability management, digital forensics, and incident response.
- Experience with Windows Server, Linux, cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and web application security (OWASP Top 10).
- Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, Kenya Data Protection Act) and tools such as Kali Linux, Wireshark, Nmap, Metasploit, Burp Suite, and Nessus.
