JOB TITLE: DATA ANALYST
NATURE OF JOB: FULL TIME

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that support strategic and operational decisions
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data needs, define KPIs, and
- translate business questions into analytical solutions
- Extract data from multiple sources using SQL, spreadsheets, and other data tools; ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation to maintain high data quality standards
- Monitor data performance metrics and provide regular and ad-hoc analytical reports
- Apply statistical techniques to analyze datasets and support forecasting and performance measurement
- Document data definitions, methodologies, and reporting processes to ensure transparency and repeatability
- Support data governance initiatives by following best practices in data management, security, and compliance
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve existing data analysis workflows
- Collaborate with IT, product, finance, and operations teams to support data-driven initiatives
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Data Analyst
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or similar)
- Strong understanding of data management practices and techniques
- Ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
