Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Branding
· Develop and execute marketing plans to promote Pure Boutique products to hotels, lodges, and distributors.
· Manage and update company digital platforms — including website, email marketing, and social media pages.
· Create engaging marketing materials such as brochures, product catalogues, and branded visuals.
· Coordinate participation in hospitality expos, trade fairs, and promotional events.
· Support sales campaigns with marketing content, product photography, and client presentations.
· Maintain consistency of brand image across all marketing channels.
Data Management & Analysis
· Collect, organize, and analyze company data related to sales performance, customer trends, and product demand.
· Generate regular reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.
· Monitor marketing campaign performance and ROI using analytics tools.
· Maintain client and lead databases (CRM systems) for targeted communication and retention strategies.
· Assist in demand forecasting and performance tracking by integrating marketing and sales data.
Collaboration
· Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
· Support the development of data-driven marketing and pricing strategies.
· Provide insights on competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback.
Qualifications & Skills
· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing, data analysis, or business intelligence (preferably in manufacturing or hospitality supplies).
· Strong analytical and reporting skills using tools like Excel, Quickbooks, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
· Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (social media, Google Ads, email marketing).
· Creative design skills using Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools are an added advantage.
· Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
